Red Rover – the latest stop-motion short animation by Astrid Goldsmith – is a sci-fi action-adventure film about a diminutive race of rock-beasts under threat of the human colonisation of Mars, in the form of a robotic exploratory rover. The score combines traditional orchestral music with other-worldly electronic sounds.
